I have known Chris Fysentzou, his accomplishments as a physiotherapist and member of the academia, and about his center, before my Achilles tendon surgery, due to the fact that we work in the same fields, sports and higher education. It was obvious that his center was my number one choice for my rehabilitation, after being sidelined for 2 months and having my lower leg immobilized after a severe Achilles tendon tear while I was playing basketball .
As a sport professional and recreational athlete, I was very concerned about my rehabilitation, since my goal was to be able to go back to my sport, without restrictions. I had received top quality services from the beginning until the end of my rehabilitation (and even after), by Chris and the other members of the center’s staff. I was able to go back to physical activity and sports a bit earlier than the initial prognosis and I feel that the confidence that comes along with the successful rehabilitation was certainly due to Chris and his personnel ability to build an interpersonal trust, accommodate to the individual’s needs, based on scientific knowledge proven methods.

My name is Helen. I’m 41 years of age and love being outdoors. I had a very unfortunate tennis injury which put me 'out of order'....literally!!I It ended up having a 4 hour operation, 2 titanium plates in my right leg and 13 screws. I had 6 fractures, 3 on each side of my leg. Surgery was successful, but I had to stay off my leg for 6 weeks. Little did I know that the hard part was still to come. I was very lucky to have been recommended to a great Physio. FYSENTZOU Physiotherapy Centre. The staff always makes that extra effort to meet to your requests, no matter what it may be. The 'centre' has a positive vibe about it. Their main concern is 'YOU’, in this case it was, ME!!!! They are a great team. My first few appointments were difficult because I allowed myself to get into the depression stage. Being a very independent person, as myself, I was not prepared to accept help very easy. But I had no choice. Chris, my physio and also owner, had his work cut out for him. I honestly said to myself, 'I hope this guy has a lot of patience because he's definitely going to need it with me’. I remember the first thing he said, 'Helen, don't worry, you will walk again and probably better by the time you leave from here'. Chris has great charisma. These qualities are reflected towards his staff members. They’re all wonderful people and they have great passion for what they do. I feel the need to express my gratitude towards everybody at Fysentzou Centre. I thank you for your utmost patience, understanding and thank you for caring. I could not have done it without you. When I first arrived, I felt I had to climb Mount Everest alone but luckily for me I had great company....thank you for giving me my walk back guys!!! I shall never hesitate to speak highly for everyone working there and will recommend anyone in need of physio treatment to definitely go there. Safety is also a very important factor....but, so are friendly, smiley faces. Keep up the excellent work! I feel blessed to have met you.

Well equipped gym. Staff is professional and always willing to help and advice. Also gym is kept very clean! Glad i Joined!!!
Excellent facilities – gym fully equipped – staff always very attentitive to customer’s needs. Swimming pool and changing-rooms always clean.
